ACSA's History

The Atlantic Convenience Stores Association was formed in 2008. It is a paid membership, not-for-profit organization representing convenience store owners and operators in Atlantic Canada.

The mission statement of the ACSA is to help ensure an economically viable and sustainable business environment for members by serving the best interests of Atlantic Canada’s convenience store operators and consumers alike through advocacy, advice, education and training.

The ACSA currently works on several significant government files like:

- Taxation
- Tobacco and Vaping
- Retail Gasoline
- Broader Retailing of Beverage Alcohol
- Industry Compliance Regulations
- Responsible Gaming and Retail Practices

and many more.
